I usually visit Emerald Garden, but since it was closed, I decided to give this place a try. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The spice box I received was rotten, the portion size was extremely small, and the chicken was poorly prepared—undercooked flour residue on the outside while being so tough it was nearly inedible. Overall, it was not an enjoyable experience, and I wouldn’t return😅

Amazing food! We got chicken satay, beef in black beans sauce and small spicy box and loved everything. Great quality and big main portions.

I ordered a spicy box with coke, that was supposed to come with a fries, shredded chicken, chicken balls & drink. When we got home there was no curry or chicken balls so I phoned politely to query and was told it was a munchy box or something that I was looking for and I brought up the menu and read it out "Spicy box, shredded chicken, chicken balls and drink" and he said oh the weekly special. And I asked what was the weekly special called and he said the spicy box. 🙈 So I said you have two things on the menu called "Spicy box" that's not my fault. I didn't order the other spicy box (called the same) I ordered the spicy box with coke which is the second item on the menu but you charged me for a spicy box with no chicken balls or drink but charged me €2.20 for a drink. He didn't once apologise for any wrong doing on their side. Didn't offer to replace the chicken balls and curry.
They have two items called the exact things. How is this a customers problem?
I see now why their rating on Google and FB is so low. All it would have taken for me not to leave this one star review was an acceptance that they have 2 items called one thing and I could have picked up the chicken balls and curry. Instead they just want to argue and tell me it's my fault. When I mentioned that he didn't even apologise for any inconvenience caused by their oversight on the online menu, he just said he didn't do the menu. Wow. You guys are something else. Keep your chicken balls and curry along with your lack of customer service.

Ordered at 6:15pm. Said it would be 45mins, I understand it could be busy so I don’t call for an update until 7:30. They tell me it is on its way, I’m less than 10 mins away and it arrived at 8:05, nearly 2 hours later. In fairness the satay and the curry were still warm everything else was cold and they also forgot an item. When I called back to discuss it the man answered with “You called already?”- so rude. I was put onto a female manager, who was lovely but incompetent. Disappointing because their food is lovely and fresh but the experience put me off.

I placed an online order that said it would be ready at 7:35, but when I arrived, I still had to wait about 10 minutes. This was really frustrating, especially since I only have a 30-minute break. It kind of defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.
